Load test vehicle is one of the significant equipment for traction test of automobile, tractor and construction machinery. In addition to load performance test, it can also be used as a mobile test vehicle for comprehensive measurement of traction, speed, fuel consumption, engine speed, torque converter speed, slip ratio and other parameters. The data acquisition and processing software package is applicable to the maximum traction power test, ultimate traction capacity test and five-working condition test of agricultural wheeled tractors, as well as the data acquisition, data calculation, drawing test tables and curves of the maximum traction capacity test of earthmoving machinery, and printing test reports and storing test data in Chinese.
Data acquisition and processing of load test vehicle is realized automatically by computer. The overall sizes of this vehicle is 7786×2792×3110mm, the axle base is 3950mm, the wheel span is 1800mm. It has a minimum ground clearance of 265mm, the minimum turning radius ≤8mm. The maximum driving range is 600km and the test driving speed ranges from 0 to 50km/h. Maximum loading capacity (5 minutes) : 6000kN; continuous loading capacity: 4000kN.
