The laser processing robot system is mainly used for the manufacture of bionic functional surfaces of metal matrix. The systemismainlycomposed of800W Nd:YAG pulse laser, six-degree-of-freedom prosthetic robot, positioning equipment, control cabinet, water-cooling machine, laser processing terminal and optical fiber coupling transmission system. The laser can input laser parameters such as current, pulse width and frequency through the operation control panel. The six-degree-of-freedom prosthetic robot and positioning equipmentare controlled by the control cabinet, which is connected with the demonstrator. Control of defocusingamount, speed adjustment and the generation of machining track can berealizedby demonstration or programming.
